Apprently a book called 'OSX Leopard: The missing manual' is good, not sure if its what you are after, but to be honest, there isnt much to learn about Macs, unless you're into advanced command line stuff.

Looks like part of it has not been updated since the early previews of Leopard, the part about stacks still implies that they can be created from groups of files on their own rather than them having to be in folders.
