Introducing to the world....

Our new daughter, Nancy Emily, born this morning at 8.28am, weighing 7lb 9oz. My partner has been in slow labour since 7pm on friday, waters broke at 2 this morning so we went straight to hospital, she was still 4cm dilated at 7.30am, then within an hour after, she was here, i really wanted a little girl but was adamant she was going to be a boy, so as you can guess, i'm ecstatic, both mother and baby are doing great and we were allowed home at 4pm. We're both really exhausted but my partner did the hard work and she has been amazing.

Thanks very much, she has so far been really laid back, hoping to get a bit of sleep tonight though, had 2 hours since i woke up on friday morning, same with my gf!

Then again, i suppose we better get used to lack of sleep lol!

Well, 5 hours sleep since Friday now lol, Nancy slept that much yesterday she hardly slept overnight, so i got up with her so mother could have a decent sleep. I'll get my turn tonight hopefully. Still, it's worth every minute!
