Just a heads up if anyone's interested EDX have teamed up with The Linux Foundation and are offering one of there courses for free.
Starts: 3rd Quarter 2014

"The Linux class will be free and available to anyone with a Web connection. The foundation normally charges US$2,500 for the course, which is already taught online and in person through authorized training partners."

If anyone's interested Jupiter Broadcasting have started a Linux show called How To Linux which will have tips for beginners, think its going to be weekly.

Hi guys.

Can anyone point me to a good tutorial on YouTube showing me how I can do this as I have never used a virtual box before.

Also what is the best virtual box to use?

Can I use Ubuntu fully by using a virtual box?

Maybe I didnt spend enogh time with it but I always had issues with Ubunbtu running slow in Virtualbox, might be worth a try though.
I think you can use it fully apart from specific things that need a hardware gfx card.

After the hype I was pretty disappointed with this course, seems to be a lot of dry basic info and not a lot of video explanations.
