Invalid BOOT.INI file???

hi guys

got error message when boot up my PC

"Invalid BOOT.INI files
Booting from C:\windows\"

i deleted Visita partition and for some reason it messed up the MBR so i booted up XP CD to fix the MBR

if i leave my PC alone for around 5 seconds then it'll boot up XP

copy/paste from my boot.ini

[boot loader]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /FASTDETECT

which part in boot.ini is incorrect?
