Invalid system disc? :S

Turned on my computer and i get to the point where it loads windows and i get the error:

Invalid system disc

It was working till i restarted my pc (installed chipset drivers)

Specs:

AMD Athlon64 4600+ 2.4ghz skt 939
DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D NF4
BFG 8800gtx
OCZ GOLD XTC PC3200 DDR400 2gb
250gb sata2 HDD maxtor 16mb cache
x-fi xtreme music soundcard.
