Invisible Door Stops?

Hi all,

Has anyone used anything like this as a door stop? https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B076B355RJ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2N58YCCQNSUNR&psc=1

My case is a bit different in that I can't screw anything to the floor (underfloor heating pipes) and the door is hitting a piece of wall that hangs down from the ceiling where the stairs encroach on the room. So my plan is to stick one of these to the wall that hangs down so the door can't smash against the plaster.

Are there any better alternatives? I like the idea of clear because it's less visible, I'd like to go as unobtrusive as possible.

What about a "hinge pin door stop" may be less visible depending on which way door opens etc?

Does the door have a reveal? You could screw a stop to the skirting.

Not quite invisible but l sot something similar to these. Depending on the door I placed them to protect the wall or stop the door swinging closed. They do the job and don't look ugly.
