Invoice Creator

Is there such a program that can make invoices? I can't really get to grips with Excel, and I've designed the look of it in Photoshop so was thinking of just doing it in there, but would take too long. Anything simpler?

Thanks for all the links. I tried iWork but it was too hard to understand. Now using Billing2 to see if its any better. So far, so good! Very easy to customise invoices and it is also handy for recording times when I'm working which will also be useful.

Also once I had created invoices in it it seemed like a lot of work to go back , add new items and regenerate the invoice. Billable is much easier to use IMO. Sorry, but any advice on how to tweak the template? Cant find it anywhere.
