Invoice design help with Sage

Ok, so I now want to design my own invoices and delivery notes for my business. I use Sage Instant Accounts V12 for the invoicing and it's quite functional, however I haven't a clue about how to create custom invoices and delivery notes. I want to change the default layouts and add my own logo and online resources seem hard to come by.

I'm hoping somebody has experience in this and can give me a bit of direction in what I need to be doing.

I would prefer to print the ivoices on the fly so to speak, logo included, however what you suggest with printing onto headed paper may be a good idea. I've been playing about with it for a bit so I'm getting used to how to use it, but it's taking a while!
