Inwin 703 review @ TechPowerUp

HI GUYS

ok i have both these cases...the 703 and the 707

here we go:-

1....the 703 is very small inside and has no roof fans, its paint finish chips easily especially when you remove the side panels, this reveals bare shiny Stainless  the case is also too narrow, Megahalems only just fits inside............this case will definitely run way too hot without roof fans............FAIL 2/10

2....the 707 is very large inside but still suffers from a substandard paint finish that scrapes off very easily, but it does has very good cooling..................6/10

3....they are both very poor in comparison to my latest Phanteks black ( with no side window) this case is just tremendous, even better than my original Phanteks white..10/10

both the IN-Win cases look really nice.....but their quality is quite low due to their dreadful paint jobs, DO NOT BUY AN IN-WIN.

unfortunately due to no undercoat/primer on the IN-WIN 700 series, i do not trust the paint finish on the D-Frame either

the IN-WIN 707 just needs a respray and it'll be brilliant, mine is upstairs waiting for the Airbrush ;)

it needed to be stripped back to bare metal before applying satin black, it will then need a metalflake overlay and gloss lacquer, i use car paints only.

as said, it's factory paint job is rubbish, it chips off really easily

the 707 has a massive amount of space inside and it still looks gorgeous, so it deffo isn't a write-off, i've replaced the side window with a perforated Ally sheet, this is just a fun project for me to work on when i'm bored, i doubt i'll ever use the case
