Recently I have been thinking about purchasing these ionic band things that are supposed to make you feel better and more energetic which professionally athletes are also said to use.

I have read a few reviews on Amazon but thought it was worth asking here to see if anyone has one and if they have found a personal improvement. They just seem a bit to expensive for a bracelet that aint to pretty and might do nothing.
