5.0.1 ftw :D Only on it because of jailbreaks.. I wouldn't be rushing to 5.1 though or this. Actually, I would go to 5.1 because of the battery improvements. Not sure if they helped much though. Otherwise, don't think there was anything special.

Apple are really starting to annoy me with their security communications. My thought process when the update appeared:

This update contains improvements and bug fixes, including:

- Improves reliability of using HDR option for photos taken using the Lock Screen shortcut - Not too bothered.
- Addresses bugs that could prevent the new iPad from switching between 2G and 3G networks - I have a wifi only iPad
- Fixes bugs that affected AirPlay video playback in some circumstances - I never use AirPlay
- Improved reliability for syncing Safari bookmarks and Reading List - I've never used this feature.
- Fixes an issue where 'Unable to purchase' alert could be displayed after successful purchase - I've never had this problem.

The link takes you to a generic landing page that hasn't been updated recently, so I assume there are no security updates and on balance it's hardly worth bothering with - I might as well wait until the next update.
