Fixes and Exchange calendar bug that could result in increased network activity and reduced battery life.

It also fixes the lock screen passcode bypass issue apparently.

Unfortunately some users on macrumors have reported that it doesn't fix the passcode bypass issue (although the update has fixed the "to many HTTP redirects" error I was getting when entering the app store on my iPod touch).

Noted about the passcode bypass issue. I'll update my first post
