iOS 8.1.3 for iPhone 4S download link

Hi

Does anyone have a download link for the above version of iOS that isn't the Apple site? No matter whether I go through iTunes, download link or on the device itself, iOS 8.1.3 is going to take over 90 days to download at the speed it was going at. I've just had exactly the same problem downloading OSX 10.10.3 on my MBP which took a day and a half to download.

Are you getting these speeds no matter what you download? I recon you been had for a data speed cap at them speeds.

Only getting those poor speeds when downloading from Apple. Everywhere else is fine.

I just was getting 10MB/sec on both items so something is going on with the speed limiting on them links.

Thanks, I did eventually manage to get it sorted. The update eventually downloaded on the phone but it took all night and almost completely flattened the battery in the process!
