IOS - display notfications on the homescreen?

So had my iphone 14 for just over a year now?

Lovging IOS but one thing that i find diffcult is that notfications just hide away in the nofitication center with no decent visual way to see them.

So what i want a is a widget on my homescreen (where my apps are) to show my notifications. i dont get many notifications as most apps have them off, but those that have them on i want them to be displayed all the time till their gone

thoughts/suggestions?

I find changing the notifications to List style helps a bit.
