ios4 - iPod Touch and photos

I am sure I read this in one thread - but I have searched and cannot find it.

Since I updated my Touch the photos I have on it seem "grainy". Has anyboby else noticed this? Or can link me to the other thread (if it exists?). How to resolve?

I had the same problem on my 3G, just un-sync and re-sync them and they will be fine.
