IP-35 Won't turn off!!!

I have had an Abit IP-35 PRO, with an Enermax Infiniti 720W running fine with my old X800 GTO2 for months.

Installed an 8800 GTS 512 a couple of days ago and now when the pc shuts down, all the fans keep running, and I have to turn off with the PSU switch.

The enermax does run the fans for a wee while after shutdown normally, but now they never stop!

any suggestions?

can you confirm whether it's the Enermax that isn't shutting down or the mobo?
are case fans still runing & if so powered from mobo or direct from PSU?

if you go back to the other gfx card does it resolve?

Had a play this morning, refitted the graphics card and the problem appears to have gone away. a strange one!
