IP address Proxy

Hi all,

A few websites and forums are denying me permission to join and post saying im using a VPN - Proxy, im not though. Would this be my ISP, i have recently changed and never had this with any provider ever?

They use CGNAT, which might explain the issue but I'd be surprised. Have you tried different devices/browsers?

They dont anymore CGNAT was removed a few weeks back. Yeah ive tried many browsers, ive tried a proxy lookup with my ip just now and its saying proxy detected, weird.

Which test? Not all of them are accurate.

I would log a case with the ISP anyway and mention the issues you're having.

I joined them at the end of last year, I specifically asked to pay for a static IP, but was told it was included for free, shortly after that they announced a free upgrade to 1.2Gb at no extra charge which was refreshing as it applied even though i'm on a 3yr no price rise plan.
