Ok, i have a bit of a question here as i cant quite work out how to do it myself so stay with me.

I have an ADSL connection, with a Voyager 2091 router attached to it. Now, this router only has 1 wired ethernet port, so what i want to do is attach this other Voyager 1500 Router to it in access point mode.

Right, so essentially 'wire from 2091 goes into internet port of 1500'

Will this work? And in doing so, with the 1500 just pass through connections like a switch as i'm intending to plug an 2 x X360s and another PC into the 1500 router to use the 2091's ADSL connection and if i just give the 1500 an address in the 2091's IP range (192.168.1.1-254) will that be enough?

Ignore the Internet port on the 2nd router, as this will cause you to double NAT which is pointless and will cause problems. Just disable DHCP on the 2nd router, give it an IP address on the same subnet and plug one of the LAN ports into the main router. Ignore the Internet interface on it completely and you will be able to use it as an AP and a switch.
