IP camera won't connect in ispy, netsurveillance internet expolorer only?

As title, I Have a Kavass CLG-A214M13 i just got off the bay.

I want to simply connect it to ispy, all my other cameras connect:

http://192.168.0.10:10/videostream.cgi

This thing though, NO idea, it ONLY connects through internet explorer and runs active x controls by the looks of it.

I have been googling for 8 hours now and I cannot find a solution to this, the video stream works fine in I.E. ONLY, but it must work in ispy, HALP

If you have not paid for iSpy and using it free then you are going to be seeing the camera over the WWW even though you are in same room as it, you need to pay to get it to work locally.

So it will look poor and not HD and lower FPS in case of camera I had till I paid for 1month use of it.

I am not 100% sure if that is what you are saying.
