IP cameras for home security

OK so the reviews online all seem a bit non conclusive.. I'm looking for a camera with tilt, pan, zoom, 1280 x 800 min reso, synology compatibility, wifi if possible and under £200 per unit.. Also mounted inside looking through glass (not sure if this would work because of glare?)

Some example models with your experiences in using them would be handy...

Bought a y-cam cube 1080, have to say its bloody flakey over wifi, dropping out unless its within a few feet of the wifi router. cant be interference as i've turned every other device off, considering its wifi feature i dont really feel like i should have to run it over cat5/6 and as a result i think i'll send it back and do a bit more reading on the av forums. That'll teach me to do a slap dash review reading on a product !
