Just using the standard IP35 not the Pro and I've set the CPU to 400FSB and 8 multi but when I check in CPU-Z the FSB is stuck at the default 266 but when I check the BIOS it's always on 400, anyone know a way to fix this.

I think speedstep adjusts the multi anyway and not the FSB.
Using a standard IP35 here with a Q6600.
Have you tried like 360 x 9 and the booting and see what cpu z says ,, also make sure u using an upto date verison of it.
