So according to the manual, C0 is:

C0
Early chipset initialization:
-Disable shadow RAM
-Disable L2 cache (socket 7 or below)
-Program basic chipset registers

Now at first I thought it would be my overclock I did a while back to my Q6600 that was causing my machine to BSOD, so reset the BIOS, worked fine for over 2days till this morn then it BSOD'd.

Now from my quick search, no such thing on how to "Disable shadow RAM" on modern day motherboards, as for the L2 cache I'm nowhere with :/

Test your memory, or if boot failure, try one dimm at a time. Last C0/C1 error code cycle i had with an IP35 turned out to be bad memory, failed memtest.

Also had this when the memory voltage was set to auto and my crucial needed more, so I had to boot with 1stick then turn the volts up then add the rest
