IP35-Pro - How to reduce fan speed?

Hi all,

Just assembled my pc and it's a little bit noisy at the moment.
I would like to try reduce the cpu fan speed as I believe this is causing most of the noise.
I havent overclocked.

How do I go about doing this?

Go into the uGuru section of the BIOS and press the right arrow key.

That'll put you into the monitoring section of the BIOS.

Is there a uGuru section in my bios?

Just to confirm, my mobo is the JW-IP35-Pro

Aaaaaaaaah.

I thought you meant the Abit IP35 Pro.

They'll still be a monitoring section anyway.

Does your CPU fan have 4 pins? If so then you need to select PWM in the BIOS.
