Just got me an IP35-PRO and an E2140 (until the price drops), and for the life of me cannot get the thing to boot at anything other than stock. I can set what I like, however each time I hit F10 in the BIOS to save and exit, the machine tries to reboot, fails, and falls over 
This will happen regardless of if I change anything or not, I simply cannot exit the BIOS without the machine falling over when trying to reboot. Of course seeing as the machine thinks it can't reboot, it sets all values back to stock
