ok wifey got a brand new 16gb Ipad today... and hasnt been able to use it.
plugging it into the wall battery says full... hit a button and cable comes up with itunes screen.....
stick it into my desktop (new itunes install) and nothing ....
tried resetting etc and still same ... nothing.
am not sure what the battery state was in... she plugged it in first.... but not sure its charging ?
any ideas or is it duff.... when charging throught the mains does the battery charging icon come on or does it do anything ?
