iPad Air 2 - best price?

I am looking for an iPad Air 2 16gb silver and saw some on a rather well known store for £435. But Apple stores sell them for £400. Does that mean there is something wrong with the ones on the well known store? Are they seconds? Imports?

Actually, the top one in that link you gave is one of the sellers! There was no discount code. Is there anything wrong with an import? I mean aren't all iPads imports as we don't make them in the UK?

Warranty is the main worry. I'm struggling to find a concrete answer.

Apple warranty is world wide as far as I know.

Apple will only repair a device bought abroad, they will not replace or refund it. This applies to everything, right down to headphones.
