At work we have a specific website we go to to join the network for our personal devices. We use our network login and password. In the past this has worked fine and when selecting the network it takes me to the logon page with the username and password box and I was able to log on as normal.
I updated to IOS9 let week and since then, when i get to this page, I click on the username box and the keyboard starts to come up, but all i get is the top grey bar. I cannot input or paste anything into the username field. It's like it is not acknowledging the cursor being there. If I select the password field it then comes up correctly.
I did a full factory reset and then updated again at the weekend and it is still doing it. I also just got off the phone to Apple support after a very brief call, who asked me to clear browsing history and try again. Same result. Then she went on to say about doing a full reset and I told her I'd done that at the weekend and this was me trying again.
Has anyone experienced something like this? I did Google it and the only thing I can see is about bluetooth keyboards causing this by not disconnecting properly, but i have never connected a BT keyboard to this. The iPad is only about 3 weeks old, and worked fine before.
Thanks
