iPad Air 2020 - Weird Charging issue

Hi Folks,

My daughters iPad Air keeps having a weird issue where it won't charge. We've tried all the different chargers in the house, doesn't make any different. Tried clearing the port out, no difference.

Basically, it won't charge... unless you do several restarts of the iPad, and then it will eventually charge.

Anyone got half a clue? It feels software related - should I try a reset & restore?

Try a reset.....think it could be a hardware issue though

at the risk of stating the obvious, have you tried different charging cables, not just chargers
