iPad Air 2022 Won’t Find/Update to iOS16

Sorry to post this here but can’t seem to find the right answer when googling or searching.

Picked up a new Air few weeks back and it is running iOS15.7, no matter what I do it don’t find iOS 16 to install and run - I’ve tried the usual stuff such as restarting (hard and soft) as well as resetting certain settings to factory defaults. Usually it wouldn’t bother me but a few apps I need to use won’t download unless iOS16 is installed.

Anyone come across this and how to get around it to find/update?

Oh wow haha! How dumb.

It threw me off as apps already aren’t letting me download them without 16. Guess I’ll wait until tomorrow

Nearly always, although I usually (try) to wait 30 minutes or so as Apple don't understand pre-seeding/CDN it seems.

very good with times, although I don't imagine it will DL fast, everyone will be thinking the same thing!
