have an ipad air 2 on ee with internet. it is 16 months old and has died been to apple store and they say its a problem with the dock which is not repairable they would need to replace the tabley for 288. they quoted me consu,er law act which i can send back to ee to get them to replace it ee are not interested and reder me back to ee. my problem is i have it on employee options as i work for ee do i risk doing a small claims against ee in court or do i make it to apple spoke to ee and they would not talk to me advised me to speak to my manager my manager cant assist as she knows me what do you guys reckon is my best course of action i am still paying for the tablet for the next 6 months as 22.50 pm should i swallow the pill pay apple 288 get a replacement then when i get my new tablet on ee options take insurance out ?
