Ipad and Apple ID question

Hi All,

Is there a way I can use 2 apple IDs on one iPAD? I share the divice with my wife so sometimes I take it away with me when I go with work, sometimes I take my MBP. I want to be able to use FaceTime no matter which device I take so need to switch it easily between using 2 different accounts.

Is this possible?

I just assumed that if I'm using 1 account on the iPad, and the same account on my iPhone then I can't FaceTime between them.. is that not the case?

EDIT:

Just tested and I can FaceTime from the same ID to the same ID, so problem solved.
