Ipad and FaceTime problem

Hi

A problem has started to happen where my ipad will not always receive FaceTime calls.

I'm testing it with my iPod touch and the ipad will not receive the call , occasionally it will receive it but only after a fair few attempts.

This is odd because it was fine before.


It's the latest ipad with retina and has the latest software updates.

Can anyone help?

Is it WiFi or 3G?

If it's the 3g model, i'd try it on wifi and then 3g to see if there's a network problem.

If it's wifi, try it on someone else's router?

Certainly seems like it's some sort of packet loss.
