iPad and Gmail No Sender / Subject

Does anyone else experience the issue of emails randomly showing Either No Sender or No Subject.

I have tried turning off notes and threading.

I have used the default Gmail option to configure the account and I am just about to try configuring my gmail account with imap to see if this works any better.

If you have experienced the above, what did you do to resolve the issue?

I have had similar with emails telling me 'this messeage has no content' there is no sender address or message content, and cannot be opened and they are dated sometime in the 1970s, they cannot be deleted either.

Its not happened in a while, but they eventually went of their own accord I think, or I rebooted the iPad fully (holding both bottoms down (ignoring the swipe to power off) until the apple logo appears)). Cant remember :>
