iPad apple account help

Hey anyone know how to unlock apple account which I dont remenber

Apple account> password, security question and also
email account> password and security question?

I know this is pretty dumb but it actually happened to my grandma.... anyway now the ipad is locked and I literally tried everything..

Impossible for you to unlock without the Apple ID and password.

The ONLY thing you can do is take it to an Apple shop with proof of purchase. They then may offer to wipe it back to stock.

Thanks for the reply! i will try to find the receipt then.. really hope can unlock it... just bought it for her birthday for like 2 months ago

if you manage to get it reset by apple i'd respectfully suggest that you set up your grans account (or someone else responsible who will remember the id and password) next time round.

yes Im thinking the same, but still trying to find the receipt.
