Ipad backlight bleed

Mine has slight backlight bleed towards the top on the left hand side when held in portrait.It's only noticable in a dark room when the screen is mostly black

Does anyone else have this?
 
Yeah a little, I only noticed it when I was in bed in the dark but I'll have a better look later. If it annoys me too much I'll just take it to an Apple store once they're released over here.
 
I think a lot of LED backlit screens still have the lights at the traditional edge position rather than a matrix behind the LCD.

If that's the case it could be a dead LED on the outer edge.

Don't iFixit have a teardown to confirm this?
 
Checked mine again last night in the dark and it's fine, there's some real bad ones been shown on macrumors forum though.
