iPad Calendar to display birthdays?

Maybe I'm being blind, but along with the iPad calendar not being capable of changing which calendar an event belongs to, it also doesn't seem to have an option to sync birthdays with the address book... Am I missing something?

Whats crazy is the iPhone can do both :confused:

You can change which calendar an event belongs to.....It's under the edit. You can select it.

not on mine you can't... honest

EDIT: just plugged the iPad into iTunes and checked for an update and there isn't one... so if yours definitely has the ability to change calendar then summat is amiss :confused:

You are not alone MuGeN. I can't see within the edit how to change the calendar an event is associated with. However if I create a new event on the iPad the option is there.

Hmm... sounds to me like an oversight then, same with the birthdays although I have worked out a slight workaround, although everything syncs over mobileme, you can still make it sync selected calendars when plugged in so i just ticked the birthdays one, it has worked but obviously it wont update through the cloud like everything else...

bit pants really.
