Ipad disply settings

ok so my wife is considering buying an Ipad from OcUK.....but we want to ask can we change the display settings of the browser like the Firefox screen shot below as she has a sight issue and can only use darker settings ?

Don't have it to hand but its not possible on the default browser afaik. There are some third party ones though that offer the ability to change colour schemes.

There is an accessibility option that lets you do white on black but that is for everything, not just the browser.

Yes I'm aware that you can do some things via settings......maybe " theres an App for that " uh
