Ipad help

Im in the market for an iPad. I've never been an apple guy, I'm religiously android. However, I want it for drawing/ simple graphic design , I likely won't use it for anything else as I have a Samsung tablet I really like but unfortunately iPad is just better suited to drawing (imo and specifically for me!)

I have a very limited budget so the cheaper the better. What's my best option/ bang for my buck?
