Ipad ios16. Stop damn widgets reappearing

Hi

Ipad running ios16

Everything i restart it the widgets are back, clock, weather, photos etc. I then have to delete them

How on earth do I get them to permanently vanish. Sick and tired of it

Why are you restarting it so often? You should never have to restart it unless it’s a software update.

Just thought. If not using it at times. To turn it off?
