Ipad locked out

Try as we may, we cannot reset ipad as we forgotten original email password.

We know Apple ID and password.

We cannot remember security questions.

Tried all sorts and now it says we cannot try again for 8 hours!!!

Thing is, even when 8 hrs passes we wont remember the things needed. All we know is our Apple ID and password!!!

Help!

If you have proof of purchase etc you can probably get an Apple Store to unlock it.

Tried that but no joy.

Wiped it now and made a new Apple ID.

Thing is, daughter has loads of minecraft worlds she has done, gone! I have them saved on my pc but i got no clue how to transfer them as i used a third part app that apparently is not supported anymore!
