Hi
We have a range of iPads that we use for corporate meetings. Big clients, and meetings with seniors so the hardware really needs to be impeccable.
The iPads tend to get very smeary and look filthy after a few uses, so I want to put non-smearing matt finish screen protectors on.
I got a cheap set 2 for £2. from an online auction site and applied. I can't say that the outdoor visiblity has improved on the iPad sure you don't get the high amount of reflection and you don't look at your annoying reflection pointing back at you. But this seems to be achieved by reducing the visibility with the matt finish screen protectors. The screen isn't as bright. Truth be told without the anti-reflective screen protector the visibility is more unless there is a directly reflection of the light source.
Has anyone have more experience with this?
Is a £1 matt finish screen protector less effective than the branded/3m anti reflective coating?
