iPad mini 4 virgin sim not working

I just bought the iPad and put the sim in, Virgin 3G is in the top left but I can’t get any sites to load etc. Called virgin and they said it’s active.. anyone know what I can do?

time to fire up google then.
I tend to agree, you'll need to set up and select the correct APN for internet to work.
