Ipad not installing no space

Tried to download KOTOR according to the store its 1.98 GB in size I have 4 GB free space however KOTOR app is saying I don't have enough space

Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this?

I have I have 4 gb free and it requires 2.5 gb of space :grrr

From how I figured it works when I've had similar problems is that when it installs, it downloads to a seperate folder, installed into an 'apps' folder and then the original download is deleted so you need about double the size of the app available for this.

(hence you'll need 5+gb free space.

Yup that's how I understood it too, need atleast double the space.

I had to uninstall several more apps to get it installed so far not really impressed hope the story line gets better soon....
