Ipad/Onedrive communication problem

Hi all,

I edit all my photos using lightroom on my ipad and back them up using onedrive.

However, when attempting to back up high quality photos (stored in files) an error occurs everytime and I can't back them up!

The error says: 'The operation can't be completed. Couldn't communicate with a helper application.'

Any ideas?

I’ve noticed upload problems with the Onedrive app since it was updated last week or so. If I have a PDF and try to upload via the share button, it goes into the upload queue and just says ‘waiting’ indefinitely. Works fine if I do it via the Files app.

I’ve tried reinstalling the app and data etc but to no avail. Waiting for the next app update to hopefully resolve it.
