iPad Query

I need an iPad to run Tidal. It requires version 8.something; I don't want to buy a new one, so what iPad version will do? All it is going to do is stream Tidal HIFI to my HIFI separates via a dedicated HIFI Apple dock.

Anything but the 1st gen iPad which is 5.1.1. Anything above from 2nd gen to present will run IOS 9.2.

Mini 2 is £219 new so you should be able to get a second hand one of these dirt cheap? and it will still be a much better experience then using an old iPad 2 which struggles with the new software now tbh.

Don't get a Mini 1/iPad 2, far too slow running iOS 9.x.
