iPad Wifi problem

Got a strange problem with my iPad. Basically it auto-connects to my home Wifi but, every time I pick it up to use it, I get no throughput at all. It's connected to the Wifi but there's no traffic and I can't ping its IP address from another machine on the network.

Toggling the Wifi off and on again fixes the problem but, after I put it down for a while and then pick it up again, same story.

I do have to leave it for a while for this to happen, simply turning it off (not fully, just standby mode or whatever it's called) and then back on again doesn't stop the Wifi from working.

It's running the latest iOS and never used to do this. I've tried doing a reset of network settings but to no avail. We have other devices on the same Wifi network via the same router, including another iPad and two iPhones and they don't exhibit the issue.

Anyone got any ideas? Wondering whether to do a complete reset of it via iTunes and set it up from scratch rather than restoring a backup.

Thanks I'll give that a try. I do have two APs at home - might try disabling one of them for a while and see if that helps too.
