Bought the ipad2 today and downloaded some free games from the apple store.

Some, open in a small page and when you press x2 they look jagged and nor smooth. Is that deliberate?
 
Guys, why is it that a lot of the games i have downloaded for my daughter on the ipad2 need internet access to use? I wont have internet access in the car when we gon on hols so how will i know which games will be ok to download and not need net access?
 
Thanks. Just downloaded some that dont need a net connection.

If anyone can recommend some great games for a 6 year old girl that would be very helpful. Thanks
