hi,

Can the ipad join a windows network or NFS?

I have being looking into this as well "ie ipad 2 browses the windows network program" and so far not found any programs to do this although I did find a very good media player that has the option to browse networks "buzz player"

ps dont have my ipad 2 just yet due next week.

If the ipad is connected to your PC you will be able to browse the file system. If it is not connected I very much doubt that you will be able to access the ipad's file system, but I don't know for sure.

Tried Dropbox last night and it is very good!

It's not the end of the world if I can't join NFS or a windows network. I can get round it mostly with dropbox.

I use an app called FileBrowser to navigate windows servers, it works very well. There are also a few remote control apps as well that can be quite useful, just search for RDP in the app store.
