iPad2 payg website b0rked - help!??!

Hi,

I have a problem, and it's really ******* me off. I'm trying to top up an ipad2 on 3 payg. I can log into my account, and get to the page to top up, but there is no drop down menu to allow me to choose which level of data I want. I could swear I was able to top up before, but it was months ago and I have forgotten. I can't get any further than this page, as it simply won't show any other option to let me progress to the next stage of topping up. Is this something that 3 are just really **** at? Can anyone check if they can top up or is it just me?

Without trying to sound simple but are you trying this on the iPad? Try it on a computer instead.

What sim have you got? You can't top up pre paid sims can you?

Why not just buy a 3 3G pre paid sim of amazon, for hell of a lot cheaper than topping up.

AmTechFox - I could top up from a PC, but at the time I was out and about

. It's not really the point though, as they supply sims for the ipad, so surely the 3 site should work to top them up? Mind-boggling if they don't get this.

AcidHell2 - I have not heard of this before, I will look into it. Thanks.
