Is there major port forwarding problems with the Superhub? My IP Cameras cannot FTP out despite port forwarding being in place.

Worked fine using my old DIR-615. The cameras are visible externally but when they try to FTP they freeze up.

Thought this was the case.
Still wonder why it won't let the camera FTP out.

It's nothing to do with the firewall either as I turned it off for testing.

1) Wrong FTP details - username / password / site ?
2) Are the cameras FTP'ing to the internal network or to an external network ?
3) Is the firmware up-to-date ?

1 - FTP details are fine. I can connect my old router up (Same SSID Channel security and encryption and it works faultlessly)

2 - Externally to sensr.net (Website is viewable from the network)

3 - Firmware is up to date.

Plugged my old DIR-615 running DDWRT and it back to working fine. Shame it doesn't work with the Superhub

Thanks for your help.

I have tried resetting the superhub (using the pin in the reset hole) - It did reset. I tried again with the default config still no changes.

The camera has a built in HTTP server. This is accessible internally and externally (through port forwarding)

I dont FTP the camera pictures to an internal server as I do not have an internal server. Its much easier for them to be hosted on a free website.

The camera is a Foscam Fi8908w

Think its got to be a bug with the Superhub. No matter what I try the camera cannot email out via POP3 or send images via FTP even if its in the DMZ.

The superhub log is blank.
However with you saying dns I changed the FTP address to the IP instead of host name and it works!
